Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler Supervisor to oversee the material handling and equipment operations at a Fort Worth site.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and coordinate deliveries while ensuring safety and efficiency in logistics. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience with a HS Diploma or 2+ years with an Associate’s, strong MS Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and a proven ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience with a HS Diploma/GED, or 2+ years with an Associate’s degree.
• Proficiency with materials, inventory, and equipment management.
• Strong reporting, organizational, and safety compliance skills.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily material handling and equipment staff at one site.
• Serve as SME for materials, tools, and rental equipment.
• Receive, record, and track inventory; monitor on-site distribution and delivery.
• Coordinate with Assets Service Center on delivery timing and logistics.
• Create, plan, and present detailed logistics reports for project meetings.
