Job summary

You will lead a small team, ensure Lean practices, monitor quality and safety, and drive continuous improvements. The role requires ERP familiarity, SAP experience, and the ability to train staff and problem-solve on the line. You will help sustain 5-S, ergonomics, and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work second shift and weekends as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a manufacturing line and ensure lean execution.
• Monitor safety and ergonomics; address issues promptly.
• Train team members and provide tools for efficiency.
• Track production hour-by-hour and report results.
• Support 5-S and good housekeeping practices.
• Maintain quality and delivery metrics; meet standards.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
