Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 8+ years in supply chain/production within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years managing a direct team.
• Ability to own complex value chains and coordinate across internal parties.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and Netsuite, and CRM like Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and relocate onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement material planning strategies to ensure continuous supply and optimal inventory levels.
• Oversee MRP processes and adjust plans to meet production needs.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics for timely materials.
• Forecast material needs based on production schedules and demand projections.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve shortages and expedite when needed.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency in material planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and address discrepancies to avoid excess.
• Provide regular reporting on material status, risks, and performance metrics.
• Support new product introductions by ensuring material availability.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize planning and meet company goals.
