Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Lead Material Planning Analyst for 1st shift to drive data center asset planning and ML hardware logistics. You will analyze requirements, coordinate rack deployment, and support core enablement functions while optimizing uptime and cost.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Infrastructure teams, program management, and reporting. Minimum bachelor’s degree and 2 years in related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of data center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and professional.

Responsibilities

• Identify ML server/rack requirements and coordinate delivery to ensure Data Center capacity and company requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Provide dedicated program management support, including deployment issue resolution, program performance monitoring, and adherence to SLAs.
• Ensure maximum efficiency and optimization in rack integration and hardware movement to achieve operational success, efficiency, and quality goals.
• Monitor critical infrastructure shipments to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries; troubleshoot and resolve supply chain discrepancies.
• Communicate with Engineering, Core Enablement workstream owners, and management to achieve deployment goals and objectives.
• Handle stakeholder expectations and provide recommendations for ML infrastructure initiatives and long-range goals.
• Identify strategies to increase asset utilization from internal clients or to better manage rack space opportunities.
• Enter data into Data Center tools and maintain/generate required reports.
• Process, audit, and file documentation related to Core Enablement activities.
• Support Lean culture within server staging and data center workflow.
