Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator for 1st shift travel. This role supports data center and hardware lifecycle management, analyzing and developing plans to maximize uptime while controlling costs.

You will create procedures and coordinate delivery to meet Data Center capacity and company requirements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in Data Center ops or ML hardware logistics, with project management experience and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of experience in Data Center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain.
• Project management experience and knowledge of the high-density server/rack vertical.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software.

Responsibilities

• Identify ML server/rack requirements and coordinate delivery to meet Data Center capacity and company requirements.
• Provide dedicated program management support, including deployment issue resolution, program performance monitoring, and adherence to SLAs.
• Ensure maximum efficiency and optimization in rack integration and hardware movement to attain operational success, efficiency, and quality goals.
• Monitor critical infrastructure shipments to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries; troubleshoot supply chain discrepancies as needed.
• Communicate with Engineering, Core Enablement workstream owners, and management to meet deployment goals and objectives.
• Handle stakeholder expectations and provide recommendations for ML infrastructure strategic initiatives.
