Responsibilities

• Lead material handler on shift; guide forklift operators and teammates.
• Pick, stage, transfer, and report materials using inventory systems and RF scanners.
• Coordinate material movement to support production schedules and customer requirements.
• Assist with line changeovers and train new staff on processes and safety.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report variances; support continuous improvement.
