Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of related experience in material handling.
• Forklift and pallet jack operating experience.
• Acceptable driving record for company vehicles.
• Knowledge of material handling procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate with manufacturing and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and document material handling procedures.
• Coordinate stockroom activities and issue materials to manufacturing.
• Provide guidance to other material handlers as needed.
• Maintain correct inventory levels and perform stockroom inventories.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• May drive company truck or forklift when required.
