Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Typically at least five years of warehousing or related logistics experience is preferred.
• Forklift certification is typically required within 3–6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Serve as a lead to staff and provide work direction; train employees in operational areas.
• Perform forklift operations including heavy and oversized pieces.
• Coordinate receipts, storage, and distribution of materials within the area.
• Operate hand tools to prepare and package materials as needed.
• Verify forms, labels, and inventory data for accuracy and traceability.
• Oversee warehouse maintenance tasks and address operational concerns.
• Prepare and assemble orders, pick materials, and move items to trucks or between operations.
