Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift Certification typically required within 3–6 months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and basic warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform manual labor such as picking, counting, staging and loading goods using hand tools.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials within area.
• Sort and place materials on racks and pallets following predefined sequences.
• Assist training of new hires and serve as lead operator in smaller teams when needed.
• Operate forklift when required and fully trained.
• Complete forms and labels to ensure inventory accuracy and delivery.
• Identify and communicate potential operational concerns and support maintenance tasks.
