• Match customer service orders to incoming vendor items and route to storeroom.
• Escalate problems to Materials Supervisor for timely disposition.
• Monitor fuel unloading for safety and spill mitigation per procedures.

essential job Functions:Oversee day-to-day warehouse operation, coordinate inventory and lead team to ensure safe and efficient workflowWork as a part of a team in a high stress, fast paced environmentMust be detail-oriented, organized and have the ability to multi-taskReceive over 760,000 items annually as part of a teamUnload parts into the facility by utilizing the following equipment PIV, MHE, and Pallet JacksEnsure all receipts of goods are documented and verified against the packaging slip accompanying the itemCross-check all boxes against the freight manifest and inspect them for visually identifiable external damageReport any damage or discrepancy to the carrier immediately. Ensure the carrier documents the discrepancy on their inbound manifest. Segregate the package or items for final disposition and alert Quality Team for reviewUnpack all parts within a controlled environment and prevent removal from the dock until properly received into SAPMatch customer service orders to incoming vendor repair engine parts and place the part in the approved part containerValidate quantity discrepancies, obvious damages to the parts, documentation discrepancies, part discrepancies or any other deviation to Quality TeamRoute new parts and their airworthiness certification to the storeroom.Coordinate dock activities with the Product Storeroom, Component Repair Business and Service Center.Escalate problem parts to the Materials Supervisor too ensures timely resolution and final disposition of the item(s)Assist in clearing documents and Open Purchase Orders by performing Goods Receipt SAP Transaction MB01 and Goods Reversal Reference SAP Transaction MB01Monitor unloading fuel into storage tanks for engine test cells to ensure safety, no spills, etc. If there is a spill, take action to mitigate the spill in accordance with proceduresQualifications:2-3 years of warehouse/logistics experienceHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to read, write and communicate in EnglishAbility to lift 25 poundsPosition requires frequent sitting and some walking, standing, climbingProficiency in Microsoft OfficeUS work authorizationERP system experience with inventory management experience preferredSAP experience preferred1-2 years of supervisor/management experience preferred
