Job summary

SpectraCare Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Master Level Therapist to join the In Home Intervention Team servicing Houston County from our Children's Services office in Dothan, AL. This full‑time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours to meet family and program needs.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, plus at least one year post‑master supervised experience. Travel within the five‑county catchment may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required.
• At least one year of post-master supervised experience in direct service.
• Willing to attend required training and pass background check.
• Must have a good driving record and be insurable to drive a system vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the team leader and providing services to families involved in the IHI project.
• Evaluating referrals, assisting with and performing interviews, and planning services.
• Liaising for IHI Project families with community agencies and the public.
• Maintaining and performing designated documentation in client records according to standards.
• Providing crisis intervention and/or conflict resolution.
• Some travel may be required within the 5 county catchment area.
