Job summary

SpectraCare Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to provide services to families involved with the IHI Project in Houston County. The position offers flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, based on family and program needs.

The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison for IHI Project families, assisting with documentation and crisis intervention. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other human services related field required.
• Must be willing to attend required training upon hire.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Serve as a liaison for IHI Project families with community agencies and the public.
• Assist with maintaining documentation in client records.
• Assist with crisis intervention and/or conflict resolution.

Job description

This position will be based out of Houston County. Some travel may be required within the 5 county catchment area.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with flexible work hours based on family and program needs.

• Assist with maintaining and performing designated documentation in client records according to standards
• Assists with crisis intervention and/or conflict resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work or other human services related field
• Must be willing to attend Child and Adolescent Case Management and In-Home Intervention training upon hire
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check
