The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production planning and scheduling in manufacturing, with strong ERP and Excel data analysis skills, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production planning, scheduling or supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SIOP/S&OP and capacity planning is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead SIOP and demand-supply alignment on monthly/weekly cycles.
• Develop, maintain and execute Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Own rough-cut and finite capacity planning across key work centers.
• Drive scheduling, prioritize work and manage bottlenecks to improve delivery.
• Lead the planning team and drive continuous process improvements within planning.
