Job summary

You will supervise and dispatch a team of plumbers and apprentices on residential remodeling sites, manage material orders and vendor relations, mentor skill development, conduct walk-throughs, and own weekly KPI reporting while maintaining

Qualifications

• Master Plumber license active and in good standing.
• 10 years hands-on plumbing experience and 3 years supervisory/management in residential plumbing/remodeling.
• Ability to read drawings, identify scope, and flag conflicts before start.
• Excellent communication with crew, Project Managers, homeowners, and leadership.
• Proficiency with basic technology tools like email and job management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing department through pre-construction planning and estimation.
• Supervise, schedule, and dispatch technicians across residential remodeling sites.
• Manage material ordering, vendor relations, and inventory.
• Mentor apprentices and train on-site to build skills, tool proficiency, and code knowledge.
• Conduct quality control walk-throughs and inspections to maintain craftsmanship.
• Own weekly KPI reporting: overhead hours, store trips, schedule changes, and rework.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Maintain safe, clean job sites and adherence to safety procedures.
