Qualifications

• Active Maryland Master Plumber License (P-1) required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing installations, repairs, retrofits, and system upgrades.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices, journeymen, and demolition crews on active job sites.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to customer specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents for accurate execution.
• Verify compliance with local and state plumbing codes and safety requirements.
• Obtain and manage permits and inspections as needed.
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide field solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, inspectors, and team members.
• Promote safety, quality, and professionalism on all sites.
