Qualifications

• Active Master Plumber License in Maryland, DC, or Virginia required.
• Minimum of 5 years plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and residential plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Experience with permitting, inspections, and code compliance.
• Ability to pass background checks where required.
