Qualifications
Active Master Plumber License in Maryland, DC, or Virginia required.
Minimum of 5 years plumbing experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of commercial and residential plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Experience with permitting, inspections, and code compliance.
Ability to pass background checks where required.
