Qualifications

• Must hold a valid plumbing license and lead the division growth.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and job specifications.
• Experience with commercial and residential plumbing systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and estimates.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct construction estimating for plumbing components, materials, and labor.
• Lead field service activities, including troubleshooting plumbing issues.
• Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to remodeling, maintenance, or new construction.
• Ensure work aligns with diagrams and safety protocols; maintain documentation.
• Support teammates with handyman skills like carpentry or remodeling when needed.

• Ensure all work aligns with schematic diagrams and sound mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports.
• Support team members with handyman skills such as carpentry or basic remodeling when needed.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Master Plumber able to lead the division as it grows.
• Proven plumbing experience with a strong understanding of commercial and residential systems.
• Demonstrated ability in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of construction estimating processes related to plumbing projects.
• Familiarity with construction-site safety standards and practices for heavy lifting and field service operations.
• Prior experience in remodeling or maintenance projects is a plus.
