1-800-Plumber +Air of South Corridor is seeking a licensed Master/Journeyman Plumber to advance into a Plumbing Manager role. The candidate will diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing, supervise team members, and ensure high‑quality service in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumber license is required.
• 5–8+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Ability to diagnose and complete plumbing repairs independently.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Prior experience managing residential home services.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Service water heaters, toilets, faucets, disposals, sump pumps, filtration systems, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogged drains, sewer‑line issues, and water supply problems.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain repair options to customers.
• Document jobs using Service Titan software.
• Oversee team members performing inspections, reports, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with Colorado plumbing codes, OSHA requirements, and safety standards.

This role is for a licensed Master (or Journeyman) Plumber looking to take next step in their career and grow into the plumbing manager. The Plumbing Manager will share the responsible for the overall success and management of our residential service department in addition to primary function of residential plumbing service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Service water heaters, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, sump pumps, filtration systems, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogged drains, sewer-line issues, and water-supply problems.
• Perform drain cleaning, sewer-camera inspections, water-line repairs, and repiping.
• Prepare accurate estimates and clearly explain repair and replacement options to customers.
• Document jobs using Service Titan software.
• Follow Colorado plumbing codes, OSHA requirements, and company safety standards.
• Resolves customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by coaching your team to upsell products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
• Assists with or performs administrative tasks as assigned by management.
• Regularly audits work being done and customer service is provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly.
• Oversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, and 1:1's.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR WORKING PLUMBER + MANAGER:

• COLORADO JOURNEYMAN or MASTER PLUMBER LICENSED REQUIRED.
• 5-8+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Ability to diagnose and complete plumbing repairs independently.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety practices.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Prior experience managing residential home services
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required for this position.
