Bob Frank Plumbing in Clearwater, FL is seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate has more than 1 year of hands-on plumbing experience, owns a reliable work truck, and carries a complete set of professional plumbing tools.

You will diagnose, repair, service, maintain, and install plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings, communicate clearly with customers, and deliver high-quality workmanship on every service call.

Qualifications

  • Valid Plumbing License or state/local credentials.
  • Minimum 1+ years of professional plumbing experience; 2+ years preferred.
  • Must own a reliable personal work truck/van suitable for plumbing service work.
  • Must own and maintain a complete set of professional plumbing hand and power tools.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to diagnose plumbing problems and determine effective repair solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems.

  • Install and service water heaters, sinks, toilets, faucets, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and other plumbing fixtures.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on water supply and drainage systems.
  • Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems when properly licensed and qualified.
  • Read and interpret plumbing drawings, plans, and layouts.
  • Identify plumbing issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
  • Professionally communicate with customers regarding diagnoses, work performed, recommendations, and job status.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work area.
  • Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
  • Properly document completed work, materials used, and customer recommendations.

Job Summary

In this role, you will perform plumbing diagnostics, repairs, service, maintenance, and installations in residential and light commercial environments.
