Midway Electric, Inc. is seeking a licensed Master HVAC Technician to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

You'll leverage extensive technical expertise to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment across diverse projects, and your leadership will drive safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction on every job.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master HVAC Technician with extensive HVAC experience.
• Ability to lead and grow a team.
• Strong ability to read schematics, blueprints, and HVAC plans.
• Familiarity with safety standards and local codes.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across properties.
• Build and lead a team of HVAC technicians.
• Read schematics, manuals, blueprints, and HVAC plans.
• Perform field service, equipment repair, and maintenance with safety.
• Coordinate service calls and explain repairs to clients.
• Maintain detailed records and compliance docs.
• Operate a company vehicle maintaining safety protocols.
