Job summary

Masters Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an HVAC Install Technician to join our Northern Indiana team. The role focuses on residential change-outs, installation, modification, and overhaul of air conditioning systems and furnaces, with leadership to guide a high-performing installation crew.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay with bonuses/commissions, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC installation experience required.
• EPA certification required or Masters will pay to obtain one.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• HS diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and overhaul air conditioning systems and furnaces.
• Lead and mentor a high performing installation team.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems as needed.

About You

This position primarily works in the residential change out market and performs installation, modification, and overhaul of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories.

• You will take accountability and have ownership to lead a high performing installation team


• Maintaining and/or repairing HVAC Systems in addition to installing is a plus!


• Customer-focused mindset; active listening, have attention to detail, and find solutions to best meet customer's needs


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Requirements

• EPA Certification (required to be eligible for bonus), preferred. Masters will pay for you to obtain one if you do not have one!
