H&H Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to manage residential installation projects from start to finish. You will oversee jobsite workflow, ensure high-quality installations, mentor junior installers, and maintain strong communication with customers and team members.

The role requires 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, EPA certification, and the ability to lead a team.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential equipment and installation best practices.
• EPA certification.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team on the jobsite.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; 21+ years old.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, basements, or confined spaces as needed.

Mansioni

• Lead residential installations of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform system replacements, ductwork, condensers, heat pumps, furnaces, and related components.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, code requirements, and manufacturer specifications.
• Train and mentor installation helpers and apprentices.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing updates and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Coordinate with office staff, service teams, and management to ensure smooth project completion.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
