Job summary

Tesim Electric is scaling its Texas data center pipeline and seeks a Master Electrician to lead crews on our most demanding commercial projects in Austin. You will drive electrical execution, code compliance, and quality standards on jobs that influence client retention.

Responsibilities include mentoring Journeymen and Apprentices, coordinating with the PM/Foreman on manpower and materials, and reading drawings and specifications to deliver safe, compliant systems.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Master Electrician license.
• 8+ years of commercial electrical field experience.
• Deep knowledge of NEC and Texas electrical code.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, single-lines, specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews on complex commercial electrical installations.
• Ensure code compliance, quality, and safety on every job.
• Mentor Journeymen and Apprentices; set the standard.
• Partner with PM and General Foreman on manpower, materials, and schedule.
• Read and execute from drawings, single-lines, and specifications.
• Troubleshooting, terminations, testing, and commissioning support.
