HELP Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Master Electrician to lead and oversee electrical operations across service, install, and project work. You will manage electricians and apprentices, ensure code compliance, drive productivity, and deliver high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of electrical experience, a valid Master Electrician License, and strong leadership with a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical experience, with supervision preferred.
• Valid Master Electrician License as required by state/local regulations.
• Experience with field service management software such as Service Titan.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of electricians and apprentices.
• Oversee daily electrical operations, including service calls and installation projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Perform job site inspections and quality control checks.
• Train and develop team members to improve skills and performance.
• Assist with troubleshooting complex electrical issues and escalations.
• Partner with sales and estimating teams on bids and planning.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
• Monitor job costs, labor productivity, and department performance.
• Enforce safety standards and procedures.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
