Qualifications

• Valid Texas Master Electrician license.
• 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local Houston regulations.
• Ability to lead and supervise crews on active job sites.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install, and oversee electrical systems for commercial and industrial work
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to ensure accurate installations
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical components including wiring, panels, circuit breakers, and transformers
• Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations
• Supervise and mentor journeyman electricians and apprentices on job sites
• Coordinate with project managers and other MEP trades to meet project timelines
• Perform load calculations, conduit bending, and panel terminations
