Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional therapeutic massage services in alignment with Elan Brio’s standards
Provide support, training, and mentorship to other massage therapists
Oversee scheduling, treatment quality, and client satisfaction within the massage department
Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming treatment rooms
Collaborate with spa management on service menu updates, product selection, and team development
Lead by example in upholding Elan Brio’s culture of wellness, professionalism, and client care

Current and valid Massage Therapy License in Wisconsin
Minimum 3 years of massage experience (leadership experience preferred)
Expertise in a variety of modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal)
Strong communication and client service skills
Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset
Flexible schedule, including weekends
