We are actively seeking a Lead Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team! As the Lead Orthodontic Assistant, you will be the clinical leader at the office level, responsible for supporting the orthodontic manager with the day-to-day functions of the dental office and assisting the doctors with clinical treatment. Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, parents, and staff. Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods, lift/carry up to 30 pounds, and bend, twist, or stoop as needed.
Most work is performed in a clinical environment. Extended hours may be required during peak periods, with hours subject to change based on business needs.
