Job summary

Integris BioServices, LLC dba KCAS Bioanalytical and Biomarker Services is seeking a Sr. Scientist for Mass Spec Production (LC-MS/MS) in a GLP-regulated setting in Kansas City. You will lead studies from setup through reporting, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in a bioanalytical laboratory, strong LC-MS/MS expertise, and experience guiding junior scientists and coordinating client communications. This position is onsite at KCAS Bio in Kansas City.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a bioanalytical lab environment in a GLP setting.
• Strong experience with bioanalytical sample preparation and LC-MS/MS workflows.
• Experience executing regulated studies including data review, reporting, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of studies including sample prep, LC-MS/MS, data review, and reports.
• Act as lead scientist, provide guidance and training to junior staff.
• Manage client communications related to study conduct and data delivery.
• Ensure study activities comply with protocols, SOPs, and GLP requirements.
• Review data for accuracy and integrity prior to reporting.
• Support audits and inspections and address QA findings.
• Troubleshoot assay performance and operational challenges in production.
