• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing commercial masonry or construction projects.
• Experience leading projects in the $1M–$5M range preferred.
• Strong knowledge of masonry construction methods, materials, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, contracts, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial masonry projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Oversee project progress, financial performance, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Partner with superintendents and foremen to ensure successful field execution.
• Prepare change orders, project pricing, contracts, and procurement activities.
• Manage project costs, manpower utilization, productivity, and overall profitability.
• Participate in preconstruction meetings, planning sessions, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, trade partners, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
