Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Foreman, Masonry responsible for coordinating on-site activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring quality workmanship for landscaping and site development projects in the Raleigh area.

You will lead masonry crews, review blueprints, manage material deliveries, and collaborate with subcontractors to meet schedule and budget targets. Strong communication and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years construction site experience.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Utilize Site Level for layouts and grade establishments.
• Knowledge of blueprints.
• Ability to lead others and manage crews.
• Able to be certified in first aid.
• Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly job site inspections.
• Complete job site checklist.
• Install required materials for landscaping/irrigation/site development.
• Schedule delivery of materials and equipment.
• Oversee crews production rates, quality control and safety.
• Assist in job scheduling and coordination of subcontractors.
• Ensure weekly tailgate meetings are attended by all employees.
• Review safety hazards and perform PPE checks; conduct hazardous reviews.
