Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks a Concrete Foreman to coordinate and supervise workers across all construction phases. You will inspect blueprints, schedule materials, and communicate with the project manager to address changes that could delay timelines.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage safety, compliance, and daily timekeeping while ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, methods, materials, equipment, precautions, and utilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise activities of workers and construction needs for all phases
• Inspect blueprints for determining various aspects of structure
• Schedule materials with purchasing agent
• Communicate daily with project manager of any changes in field that will delay project schedule
• Allot workers to their respective duties and ensuring they have the appropriate training and tools
• Meet company compliance reporting requirements including accident and incident reports, weekly tailgate meetings, site inspections and daily timekeeping requirements
• Ensure regulatory needs and safety measures are maintained
• Assess the fastest and easiest way to complete a job without sacrificing quality of the work being done
