Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Marketing Coordinator Lead in Park City, UT to guide a team, schedule sales presentations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching managers, and maintaining high levels of service that drive revenue and guest loyalty.

Successful candidates will bring sales or customer service experience, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and a background in concierge or telemarketing.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests, in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

• Acts as team lead and assists with scheduling needs.
• Provide feedback to managers regarding individual performances, recommend any additional training needed.
• Schedule s sales presentations and manage s customer expectations.
• Provide s the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure s that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
