Job summary

Vacatia is seeking a Lead Marketing Greeter to warmly welcome event guests and connect them with our sales teams to generate leads. You will be the first impression of Vacatia at events across Virginia, Maryland, and surrounding areas.

In this fast-paced, guest-facing role, you’ll maintain an inviting exhibit space, coordinate with on-site sales reps, and help guests feel informed and comfortable while representing Vacatia's hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in events, hospitality, customer service, guest-facing, or sales support roles.
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service and composure in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal communication and tact with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event needs.
• Experience in timeshare, resort, travel, or hospitality industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome event guests with a warm, friendly demeanor reflecting Vacatia's brand.
• Partner with on-site sales representatives, directing attendees to enter lead information.
• Maintain a clean, inviting exhibit space and assist event leadership with operations.
• Navigate busy spaces, directing traffic and ensuring guests feel informed and supported.
• Support teamwork by covering shifts when others are on breaks.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience in events, hospitality, customer service, guest-facing, or sales support roles.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, maintaining composure, and thriving in fast-paced, public-facing environments.
• Strength in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and tactfully engaging with diverse personalities from various cultures.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event needs.
• Experience in the timeshare, resort, travel, or hospitality industries is preferred.
