Vacatia, an innovative hospitality company redefining vacation rental experiences, is seeking a Lead Marketing Greeter to be the first point of contact at our events across Florida. You will welcome guests, connect them with our sales teams, and help drive lead generation.

You thrive in fast-paced settings, deliver exceptional customer service, and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure a polished exhibit presence. Weekend and extended hours may be required based on event needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in events, hospitality, customer service, guest-facing, or sales support.
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in hospitality industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome event guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Partner proactively with on-site package sales representatives, guiding attendees to enter their lead information.
• Maintain and support a clean, organized exhibit space and assist on-site leadership with event operations.
• Navigate shifting priorities and busy public spaces, directing traffic and ensuring guests feel supported.
• Champion teamwork within the marketing event environment and provide seamless coverage during breaks.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience in events, hospitality, customer service, guest-facing, or sales support roles.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, maintaining composure, and thriving in fast-paced, public-facing environments.
• Strength in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and tactfully engaging with diverse personalities from various cultures.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event needs.
• Experience in the timeshare, resort, travel, or hospitality industries is preferred.
