Qualifications

• 1+ years in events, hospitality, customer service, guest-facing, or sales support roles.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in fast-paced, public-facing environments.
• Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and tactful engagement with diverse personalities.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and work weekends/holidays based on event needs.
• Experience in timeshare, resort, travel, or hospitality industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with on-site package sales representatives to engage attendees and capture lead information.

What You Bring

• Strength in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and tactfully engaging with diverse personalities from various cultures.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event needs.
• Experience in the timeshare, resort, travel, or hospitality industries is preferred.
