Vacatia is expanding its presence at events across Virginia and Maryland and seeks a Lead Marketing Greeter to welcome guests and connect them with our sales teams. You will be the face of Vacatia, providing a warm first impression and guiding attendees to share their information for follow-up.

In this fast-paced role, youll maintain an inviting exhibit space, collaborate with sales and on-site leadership, and adapt to changing priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in events, hospitality, or guest-facing roles.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience in events, hospitality, customer service, guest-facing, or sales support roles.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, maintaining composure, and thriving in fast-paced, public-facing environments.
• Strength in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and tactfully engaging with diverse personalities from various cultures.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event needs.
• Experience in the timeshare, resort, travel, or hospitality industries is preferred.
