Job summary

Fi is seeking a Lead Marketing Analyst in New York to own the marketing analytics stack, from daily numbers to strategic budget decisions. You will be the go-to for “what happened” and “why”, aligning warehouse models with marketing reporting to a single source of truth.

You’ll lead dashboards, measure cross-channel performance, and partner with Growth, Product, and Finance on experiments and forecasting. A data-driven, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics or related quantitative role.
• Strong SQL and experience with large datasets.
• Hands-on with a modern cloud warehouse (Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Experience with causal inference methods, incrementality tests, or similar.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads/Analytics.
• Excellent communication to explain numbers to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing's source of truth dashboards and metrics across channels.
• Measure paid media performance across Meta, Google, Amazon, TV, podcast, and influencer channels.
• Design and run incrementality tests and geo holdouts to determine causal impact.
• Build and maintain the media mix model for budget allocation.
• Own lifecycle and retention measurement, including cohort analysis and email/SMS holdout testing.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Finance on experiments and budgeting.
• Summarize analysis into actionable recommendations for marketing and executives.
