Job summary

The Hinckley Company in Groton, CT is seeking a Marine Ship Store Manager to oversee inventory, purchasing, merchandising and customer service for our ship store network. You will manage parts and merchandise, coordinate stock levels, supervise store operations and train staff to deliver exceptional service to vessel crews and visitors.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in parts management or inventory control, strong mechanical knowledge of marine systems, and proficiency with POS
