Job summary

ADI Global Distribution in Lehi, Utah, is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Test Engineer to design, develop, and deploy test systems and fixtures for a broad range of home automation and entertainment products.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with manufacturing partners worldwide to implement testing strategies and improve reliability and speed. The role requires 3+ years in engineering and hands-on experience with TestStand, LabVIEW, Python, and C++.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering experience or internship in a related field.
• Experience with software development using tools such as TestStand, LabVIEW, Python, C++, etc.
• Proven track record in developing, assembling, and supporting test systems, fixtures, and electronic circuits.
• Ability to create meticulous technical documentation and drawings.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, creation, and deployment of test systems, fixtures, and hardware.
• Develop test software used on these systems and fixtures, leveraging automation where possible.
• Oversee fabrication of test systems, assemblies, and fixtures, internally and at partner facilities.
• Improve test reliability, reduce test times and costs using latest technologies and protocols.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate testing strategies into design phases.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for test systems and fixtures.
• Validate test hardware to ensure reliability of testing methods and equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to peers and overseas partners.
