Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Test Engineering Manager to lead the EW Manufacturing test team, ensuring rigorous testing protocols and scalable throughput from pre-production to full-scale output. You will guide strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration, and oversee new test equipment procurement.

The role emphasizes innovation, calibration protocols, and data-driven improvements, with a focus on reducing costs while improving quality and safety in a high-volume defense

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• 2+ years as a people manager leading manufacturing test engineering.
• Experience with Linux, C#, Python, NixOS, LabVIEW or similar test automation.
• Familiar with TES, PLM, MES, ERP systems and hardware test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team and set objectives.
• Oversee and improve the manufacturing test strategy for scalable operations.
• Collaborate for design testability and production integration.
• Advance automation, uniformity, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain test capabilities across products and perform ROI analyses.
• Analyze test data and identify product/process improvements.
• Lead safety, cost, quality, and productivity initiatives through testing.
• Mentor the team and maintain test equipment maintenance protocols.
