Qualifications

• Associate degree (or equivalent) in manufacturing or related technical field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems.
• Experience training and supporting team members.

Responsibilities

• Promote team safety and welfare.
• Communicate goals to team members and provide timely feedback on achievement.
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure job rotations; monitor workload and reassign as needed to achieve production goals.
• Welcome, train, and monitor new team members; address performance concerns as needed.
• Ensure team members follow all regulations and procedures.
• Monitor manufacturing output and resolve issues with Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
