Job summary

Forj Medical is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in the United States to join a team responsible for the design, development, and manufacture of electronic and software-based medical devices. You will work with NPI engineering and production teams to support pre-production and production activities.

The role may involve providing direction to assemblers, identifying resources for troubleshooting, and rotating through duties to build and test electro-mechanical devices according to product

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of electronics design, assembly, or testing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, assemble, and rework electronic systems.
• Provide work direction when needed.
• Perform checklist duties and database transactions on assemblies.
• Identify issues and suggest improvements; ensure compliance with standards.
