Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one month of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Reading, understanding, and accurately following written instructions.
• Listening and following oral instructions.
• Using electronic devices and computing systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and complete basic tasks at required proficiency and quality per plant standards.
• Follow written build instructions, including numbers, color coding, and diagrams.
• Perform operations to build/assemble components (assembling, crimping, preparing).
• Handle materials per customer requirements and follow work instructions.
• Operate hand tools and equipment to complete tasks.
• Use glues/adhesives to bond materials as needed.
• Clean parts and assemblies using solvents as required.
• Record corrective actions and drive process improvements.
