Job summary

Orca Bio is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Systems & Master Data to own the MES and related systems, govern master data, and drive process improvements to support GMP manufacturing and supply chain operations.

You will manage material masters, BOMs, vendor records, packaging configurations, and release testing requirements, collaborating with IT, Finance and vendors to ensure data integrity and system readiness for commercialization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
5+ years in manufacturing systems, supply chain systems, ERP/MES administration, or master data management.
Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience as business owner/super user for ERP & MES systems.
Experience implementing ERP/MES solutions in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Serve as the business owner / user for ERP, MES, and related manufacturing systems.
Develop and maintain manufacturing system standards, procedures, and work instructions.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment of system upgrades.
Create and maintain material master records, BOMs, vendor records, and packaging configurations.
Coordinate master data changes across Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, and Supply Chain.
Ensure data integrity and GMP compliance.
