• Direct and monitor section leads to achieve production goals.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to retain staff and manage development.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and scrap while improving efficiency.
• Coordinate manufacturing launches of new or revised products.
