Job Description Summary

Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including Service Shops. Responsible for planning and execution, impacting departmental operations. The role has some autonomy but focuses on executing activities within standard practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required, typically with guidance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute production according to instructions.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, using experience and expertise to implement policies and strategies.
• Understand key business drivers and how team activities contribute to the overall area.
• Apply judgment and propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance, utilizing technical skills and analytical thinking to solve straightforward tasks.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members as an individual contributor or early team leader.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience performing daily plant operations to ensure reliability and consistency.
• Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain US Government security clearance.
