Job Description Summary
You will help create the future of manufacturing with a team that is inventing the next generation of metal additive printers. As part of the supply chain organization, you will play a critical role in new product realization and developing robust machine assembly processes. This role develops and operationalizes the enterprise master data management across teams supporting Printers New Product Introduction (NPI).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage enterprise master data to support manufacturing processes and NPI.
  • Connect enterprise master data management resources and data sets to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity.
  • Lead process improvements and ensure data quality across engineering, supply chain, sales, and services teams.
  • Collaborate with global teams and implement best practices for data management.
  • Utilize enterprise systems (Oracle, Windchill, SharePoint) to develop solutions, resolve issues, and train team members.
  • Plan and execute technical projects supporting strategy initiatives.
  • Work closely with manufacturing engineers and technicians to validate solutions.
  • Coordinate master data policies across GE Additive supply chain teams.
  • Support NPI by enabling supply chain teams to create accurate master data aligned with development phases.
  • Identify and lead data management projects to improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with digital technology teams to improve data quality and functionality.
  • Provide training and support for master data management processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years professional experience, or Associate’s degree with 7+ years, or High School Diploma with 9+ years.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP/PLM Data Management.

Eligibility Requirement

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. No visa sponsorship provided.

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong communication skills, influencing ability, problem-solving skills, project management experience, and knowledge of enterprise system item management.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion and Windchill PLM is preferred.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Final offers contingent on obtaining necessary authorization.
