Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in Manufacturing.
• Experience implementing lean initiatives and process improvements.
• Ability to lead capital projects and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively problem solve and support production
• Lead improvement efforts for visual management, tooling, equipment, and safety/ergonomics
• Manage projects and continuous improvement aligned with plant metrics
• Own execution of capital investments on schedule and within budget
• Provide technical leadership and training support for operators
• Maintain and improve process documentation for consistent quality
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive 5S and standard work
• Drive cost improvements with outside vendors
• Develop strategies for new product introduction
• Develop work instructions and procedures for training and control
• Support product qualifications as needed
• Other duties as assigned
