Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Manufacturing and Materials Process Leader to drive governance, documentation control, investigations, and continuous improvement across operations. You will partner with Quality, Operations, Materials, and Engineering to standardize processes and sustain Lean discipline.

You will lead root cause investigations, CAPA execution, and training/documentation updates to ensure audits pass and processes remain compliant.

Qualifications

  • Advanced experience in Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment (USA requires Bachelor's or equivalent experience).
  • In USA, a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant experience is required in Job Family Groups/Functions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain manufacturing and materials process documentation, standard work, procedures, and training materials.
  • Conduct process reviews and audits to support compliance, governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and process improvement projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize processes, eliminate waste, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead investigations related to process deviations, non-conformances, inventory discrepancies, and manufacturing issues.
  • Lead root cause analysis and drive timely CAPA completion.
  • Partner with Quality, Operations, Materials, and Engineering to implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor CAPA effectiveness to prevent recurrence and maintain documentation accordingly.
