Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) currently has multiple Manufacturing, Engineering & Trades Supervisor openings in York County. These roles are permanent direct-hire positions with day shift hours and a pay range of $70,000–$100,000+ per year, depending on experience.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of supervisory experience in a technical or manufacturing setting, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to lead teams, drive safety, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Background in a technical, industrial, engineering, skilled trades, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, quality systems, or operational excellence initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop technical and skilled trades teams.
• Support daily operations with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct employee training, performance reviews, and workforce development activities.
• Coordinate scheduling, workflow, resources, and operational priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new initiatives.
• Assist with reporting, budgeting, project activities, audits, and operational planning.
